It seems to happen more often after you do updates. WHICH by the way are also annoying. I like the idea of software always being the latest, but Adobe needs to stop releasing patches every 2 weeks. I also have Every app installed because I never know what I might need or if I might want to learn something new. As such there is always an app to update, and re-accept these agreements.
Adobe - get on the stick and get your legal team to make ONE encompassing agreement, which CC members agree to once and its then in perpetuity as long as we are current on our payments. PLEASE.
