    Air Styles

      I have downloaded and installed Flex 3 on my Intel Mac.
      I have copied the code to create my first application for air, but nothing seems to be working correctly.

      When i test it with the debugger, im getting no errors but the window is not transparent, and anything i do t the style seems to have no effect on the applciation window.

      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
      <mx:WindowedApplication xmlns:mx=" http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml" layout="absolute" title="Hello World">
      <mx:Label text="Hello AIR" horizontalCenter="0" verticalCenter="0"/>

      the above is the code that im trying to use

          can anyone see an error in the code?

          This is a simple app that wont even compile properly.
          I have tried other projects that have been downloaded from the adobe website, but none of them seem to work...

            Maybe post in the AIR forum... people there might be able to help you better.

              For transparency, you need to change the settings in your Application Descriptor File Template, which is the xml file in your src dirctory. The name is 'your app name + -app.xml'. Set the below two tags and you should get a transparent window.

              Keep your code as you have it. You just need to edit the Descriptor File.
