I just switched to CC from CS6 and I don't like how waveforms of audio clips in the timeline look in Creative Cloud. in CS6 is would show the waveforms centered in the clip, but in CC, it seems to have cut it in half.
I edit a scripted show and having the visual cues of where a line starts and stops was incredibly helpful. This was very clear in CS6 because I could see peaks and valleys very easily.
Can I change the way the waveforms of audio clips in the timeline look back to the way it was in CS6? I want it to be centred in the clip and not cut in half.
Click the flyout menu for the timeline and uncheck Rectified Audio Waveforms.
Thank you so much! That's exactly what I needed.
