HELP NEEDED - Problem with alignment

I'm creating a flash file to be used on an interactive DVD for work. I've created the basic layout and have the navigation working fine. My problem is with the site alignment. As you can see from the first image (the index page), I have a standard top aligned navigation bar along with a frame in the centre which loads various other SWFs which correspond to the other sections of the "site".

The problem is clear to see in the second image below

The "PARTNERS" logo, although perfectly aligned with the navigation bar in Flash, appears in a completely different position when you view the SWF.

The same is happening with the frame in the centre of the page. As you can see in the below image, you have to position the content of the frame in a wierd place in Flash for it to be aligned properly when you go to view the SWF.

Does anyone know why this is? Its really doing my head in and I can't find out why its doing it.

      Any help is greatly appreciated.

      Thanks in advance!
