Using a wildcard search character in RoboHelp

I am using RoboHelp 7. When I do a wildcard search in WebHelp I am not getting the results via the "*" wildcard character that I did in prior versions. In fact, most times the wildcard search generates no results at my WebHelp site even though they should be logically depicted. For example, to search on modem I would simply enter in mod* and click Search. It generates no results. However, a search on the entire word generates over twenty entries.
Has anyone had this problem?

Yeps, I am having the exact same problems RH7.

Some people talk about re-registering the itcc.dll. I tried this, but it didn't work.

Does anyone have a workable solution?
