I have tried to close the form and reopen, I have double checked the email address for notifications did not change. I also have read through some of the forum questions regarding the same issue but have not found a solution.
I am confused at why this issue started, as we haven't had any issues until recently. Receiving the notifications via email is a huge aspect of our business as these forms are for screening applications for housing. Could you please let me know what might be the problem? Thanks ahead of time.
Can you please send me the email adrress(es) which are expecting to receive email notifications. For privacy reason send the email address(es) to firstname.lastname@example.org directly. I will check on our side if we are sending the emails.
