To better assist you with this issue we need to know:
What is your operating system? (Windows or Mac) (XP, Vista, 7, 8)
What browser do you use? (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari)
I have windows 7 and use google chrome, and I have the same problem, unresponsive shockwave on all my programs. I have reloaded it several times, restarted, and it still comes up on running facebook apps, even my banking apps. help me please?!?
Google Chrome has its own Flash Player plugin built in, but the Shockwave message comes from the Shockwave (not Flash) plugin. I've found with Win7 that a complete uninstall and reinstall of BOTH the Flash Player and Shockwave plugins (using the control panel to uninstall - the reinstall using the Shockwave FULL Installer and either the Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer) or Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
) usually resolves it.
