dswebb, Looks like PS is not getting the required resources. Reboot the machine and try the below suggestions.

Try resetting the PS CC preferences and check if it's an issue with corrupt preferences : http://forums.adobe.com/thread/375776
Try to open PS CC in Plugin Disabled mode and check the same. For that Press Shift+PS CC icon and hit Yes.

If your system is getting a wee bit long in the tooth, then you could Google something like 'System optimization for Premiere Pro'. There is lots of information for doing this, and a lot of it will be relevant to Photoshop.

My guess would be a corrupt font, or a bad third party plugin (including Flash Panels).
