David__B Sep 16, 2013 8:25 AM (in response to Rubicon04)Hi Rubicon04,
As a troubleshooting test could you try creating a new local administrative user account, logging out of your current account, and working in the new one to determine if the behavior occurs in that account as well? Many issues like you describe are due to some kind of underlying permissions issue with the user account. Here are some instructions for the process:
Windows 7/8

Mac

3. Re: CC continually asking for sign-in and license acceptance
Jahnu_AU Mar 13, 2014 4:05 AM (in response to Rubicon04)Having the same issue here. After close to an hour with Adobe support I asked "is this a permanent solution?". I was told, point blank, that it was a permanent solution. 3 days later I am having to accept the license on virtually every document I open. Illustrator will open a file and immediately close it, followed by the license agreement. Same for Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign... and on and on. The amount of time I am wasting every day is phenomenal. Please find an ACTUAL fix for this as it is driving us all mad.
Also your support staff lying to us does not help. If you can fix it, great, if its a workaround then tell us - and yes, I do have the transcript.
