Some context might help...
Which width and height? Are you in a dialog, looking at a tool options bar, or something else?
Top left hand corner when I open a file, when I select the "crop tool"
there is a drop down that reads "Original Ratio" then just to the right of that are two boxes.
In CS 4 and 5 (and earlier versions) there was a 3rd box for setting ppi...its not there.
I"ve tried to just import from Lightroom at 300 ppi but even there the ppi is grayed out in the export ...
You need to install the updates for Photoshop CS6 to get the resolution field.
The original release of CS6 has a redesigned crop tool, and they didn't include the resolution field in the options bar.
I'm on it! THANKS! I'll report back in a bit.
Where do I find the update to install it?
My system says I'm up to date/
I've already tried that.
When I crop it then open "file" then "File Info" it reads that its still at 72 pip!
Cannot update....I get an error message.
I'm so pissed right now!!
Who can I call>?????
Ok. Then if it's an update issue, I'll let more experienced members look at it.
