Flash Player with Win 7 IE 10, 64bit and run around

The standard customer support question was asked, ie.  what version of text files are you running, being nasty but similar questions about versions. 

I REALIZE THAT IN A CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT, THERE'S CHEAT SHEET AS TO WHAT TO ASK 1ST, BUT BEING OUT HERE IN REAL LIFE, IT REALLY FRUSTRATES USERS THAT PRETTY MUCH UNDERSTAND APPS GET ASKED SAME QUESTION AS 1ST DAY OF IT SCHOOL.  JUST TO ALERT YOU SINCE POSTING THESE DISCUSSIONS, IT HAS REQUIED SHUTTING DOWN IE SCREENS WHICH HAPPENED TO BE STOCK ORDERS SO I WAS UNABLE TO SUBMIT ORDERS NOR STOP LIMIT SELLS......   PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I MUST BUY SO THIS BUG IS FIXED !!!!!!!!!!!!
