I placed an image over the top of some text and using the text wrap panel, added a basic text wrap. The border showed up indicating where the text should wrap, but the text did not wrap. I tried placing the image above the text and below the text with the same results (shown here)
However, when I open a document in CC created in CS6 the text wrap works as it should. I even copied and pasted an image with a functioning text wrap from the CS6 file to a new CC document and the text wrap no longer functioned. Anyone else ran into this problem?
On the Text Frame
Go to Object>Text Frame Options
Untick "Ignore Text Wrap"
Thanks! That was the problem. Not sure why that is on by default. hmm. Live and learn.
i am having same problem on JUST THIS ONE CHAPTER (all others fine) yet text frame not the issue: the setting is correct and yet it STILL does not wrap. It worked fine on the original file. What gives here??
