We have had Webforms in Forms Central for over a year, with this package we have always been able to recieve an automated email once a form is completed via the web page, recently this is not occurring so we are having to manually go into the web page to see any new completed forms? Can anyone advise as to why this may be?
Apparantly we have never paid for a subscription so the settings should not have changed?
Any ideas will be great.
This is happening to us as well. In the last week we stopped getting email notifications, never had a problem before. We pay for a subscription too and use this to receive projects requests and email in needed. HELP!! We all have the "Receive Email Notifications" checked too. We checked with our IT department and they ran mutiple reports and it is not trapped in SPAM and never reached our system.
