istvansas Sep 20, 2013 12:31 AM (in response to lusobrandane)I have exact same problem. The aforementioned tabs do not work for me and neither does ProgramData/FLEXnet appear anywhere on my computer. And yes, I have both CS6 and CC installed.
The only difference is that the updates work for me, but that's it.

forrest873 Oct 29, 2013 7:31 PM (in response to Romsinha)I Have experienced the same problem with a spinning 'wait' wheel for 'home', 'files' or 'fonts' tabs. The 'Apps' tab is fine and can install and update the applications just fine. I been on hold on the phone for nearly an hour now and numerous chat sessions and screen sharing - I've tried all the "fixes" listed in the forums and NOTHING works - These tech guys have no clue what to fix! Please !! can someone get some answers - I've wasted a lot of time on the phone and to think I'm paying for this each month - I'm just about ready to cancel the whole mess.

istvansas Oct 29, 2013 9:54 PM (in response to forrest873)If you get a reply (and a fix) from any callbacks please post in here. I am curious too how I can fix this problem... preferably without completely uninstalling CC and CS6.

forrest873 Oct 30, 2013 7:12 PM (in response to istvansas)So far I have received no call-back from anyone. I replied to an e-mail also. I still experience the same problem. I will post again when I find out more and if there is even a fix. I sure hope Adobe is working on this and listening to the users.
