For the above to work, you will need a poster image thats the image everyone sees before the video plays, the video as an mp4 file and a flash file for backwards compatability. Name the files something that makes sense to you, just make sure the filename and the html code matches including caps. Most web servers are cap sensitive when it comes to folders and filenames.
