the 3d version stop and then the 2D Flash one, with the animated windows,
fade on over the top - they are not quite the same size.

So I assembled a box out of colored paper and photographed the box supported in each position in a series of pictures, then traced the photos to make keyframes. It was a lot of effort but it worked well. I used different colors in the model to make it easy to see the different sides. Each quarter turn brings you back to the beginning of a cycle.
By the way the second thing i animated was the hands on the body and switching to the next handhold. then made the body fit to where the hands are.
