2. Re: Mark Out in timeline ignored when editing from Sequence loaded in preview monitor in CC
Vinay Dwivedi Sep 19, 2013 6:41 PM (in response to telecam2)This happens as you have selected an in point in preview monitor and the out point is by default taken as the end of the clip. So when you make in and outpoints on the timeline and perform an edit the sequence outpoint is ignored because the clip may be longer than the selected outpoint and Premiere pro tries to read the in point of the clip in preview monitor and tries to fit the clip on the timeline ignoring the outpoint on the timeline.

3. Re: Mark Out in timeline ignored when editing from Sequence loaded in preview monitor in CC
telecam2 Sep 20, 2013 8:41 AM (in response to Vinay Dwivedi)I understand but 3-point editing works on single clips, even if they remaining duration of the clip from the preview IN point is longer than the IN-OUT area in the timeline. 3-point editing should work with sequences loaded in the preview monitor.
Take care.
