George Johnson Sep 20, 2013 9:52 AM (in response to mlstechwriter71)Yes, in order to enable Reader to digitally sign, you still need to enable with Acrobat Pro or LiveCycle Reader Extensions.
Acrobat 11 has a number of improvements related to forms authoring. Two big ones related to how you set up the tab order for fields are worth the cost up the upgrade. You can now select multiple fields when reordering and turn off the automatic reordering that Acrobat does.

I suspected as much, but couldn't find a clear cut answer in my searches.
The tab order update alone has convinced me its worth pushing for the new Acrobat Pro XI.
The update to Adobe Reader XI will make many of our forms easier to get into the digital workflow, and I'm looking forward to getting use further away from a paper-based system
