So I can drop AIR SDKs inside the Adobe Flash Builde 4.7 (64 Bit)/sdks folder (under 4.6.0) - as per instructions in the Starling adobe.tv tutorials, or, as per the Adobe labs docs, place them in eclipse/plugins/com.adobe.flash.compiler_126.96.36.1999722/AIRSDK
Which is right? What's the difference? Should I do both to hedge my bets?
Thanks in advance for un-confusing me!
'sdks' folder is for the Flex SDK's.
'AIRSDK' contains the AIR 3.4 SDK included with FB 4.7.
Thank you, very helpful.
But, doesn't Flex USE the AIR SDK to compile?
Which one of these is actually used when I choose "Build" or "Debug" from FB 4.7?
As far as I know, Flash Builder uses the Flex SDK to compile applications.
I do know that updating to certain versions of the AIR SDK (i.e. from 3.4 to 3.8), I had to copy the AIR SDK + compiler into the 'AIRSDK' folder, instead of just the AIR SDK like the download page says.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
