You can create your own custom pop-up menus, yes, but you need some kind of
event that JS recognizes to launch it, and the user just pressing on "T" is
not such an event. You can use form fields (like a button), links,
bookmarks, or add your own buttons to the tool bar to do it.
Interesting. Is there a list someplace of acceptable JS inputs? (That surprises me--that a key can't trigger an action).
It's pretty much what I specified:
- Form fields (various types of events)
- Links (click only)
- Bookmarks (click only)
- Page open
- Page close
- Document open
- Document will close
- Document will print
- Document did print
- Document will save
- Document did save
- Application launch
