Need quick way to find only e-mail addresses that go to a new line

Ad Type & Design Level 1

I'm finishing up a membershp directory in InDesign CS6 for an organization. Some e-mail addresses take one line; some longer ones take two lines. I want to break the long e-mail addresses following the @ symbol and want to search only for e-mail addresses that have breaks following the period before com, net, biz, etc. I have hyphenation turned off, so the line breaks only occur at the period.

What is the correct query in Find/Change to do this? Have searched the web for the answer and have come up emptyhanded. I don't want to take three to four hours to find each e-mail address and determine if it has to break or not. Thanks!
