I have a project in which I have seperate hd video and multichannel audio tracks. initially the peak audio meter was displaying a six track meter, but now it is only showing two channels. further, I exported the project to encore, and when I burn a bluray disc, it is only two channel.
what is puzzling is, after first creating the project, I made a bluray disc at which time it was all multichannel. I went back into premiere to make a couple changes, and now when I burn the disc it is only stereo. I haven't made any changes (that I'm aware of, at least) to audio processing other than adjusting levels of certain track segments.
any suggestions how I get my multichannel back?
Be sure your sequence has a 5.1 Master audio track.
To get a 5.1 mix to Encore you will need the Surcode Dolby Digital encoder. This is an extra cost option.
thanks for the input. I am not encoding to dolby digital, however; I am using wav files and encoding pcm multichannel. the curious thing is that the first bluray I made is multichannel...
