The form page is displayed in my app. The application is done from a development platform (http://fabricadeaplicativos.com.br/?lang=en). I will consult technical support site. For now, I appreciate the clarification and your attention!
I was just testing our mobile website form on and iPhone running iOS 7 and the Submit button appears grayed out. It has been working in the past year and I haven't made any changes to it.
It is just an embeded form on a mobile version of our website. I can share the web address if that would help.
I believe I found the culprit. It appears to be related to the Safari "Block Cookies" setting. I went in and set the "Block Cookies" setting from "Always" to the lower setting of "From third parties and advertisers." I went back into Safari, reloaded the form and the submit button was active.
To test the theory I went back into settings and changed the "Block Cookies" setting back to "Always" and then went and reloaded the form in Safari....sure enough, the submit button was grayed out and would not function.
In my case, the submit button is grayed out and active. When I fill out any form within the mobile app and press it, the cursor goes to the email field, and replies are not sent. This only happens within the application. Even changing the setting of cookies in Safari as suggested, does not work.
