Report back with the codec details of your file, use the programs below... A screen shot works well to SHOW people what you are doing
Also, what is your brand/model graphics adapter (ATI or nVidia or ???) and your device driver version?
I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro CC
The software is updated
My system is Windows 8 x64
I was using "Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration"
My coputer has a Nvidia GeForce GTX 660M / 2GB GDDR5
I'm using for the first time Adobe, I tried to import simple file like: .MTS or .MP4 just to see how it works.
video: 21.6 Mb/s, 1920*1080 (16/9), 25 Im/s, AVC (High@L4.0) (2 Ref Frames)
audio: 256Kbps, 48KHz, 16bits, 2 canaux, AC-3
the CODEC : mp4a: MPEG-4 AAC LC
When I export the final file, I can see the video (image and sound), so no issues for that. But as you can see on the screen shot, when reading the video, no image in monitor screen, only sound...

try something else other then mp4.
Or change the extention to mts (wild quess).
What camera is this.
Does it do avchd and mp4?
This seems to be an issue with the graphics card. Please update the graphics card drivers from the link "http://www.nvidia.com/content/DriverDownload-March2009/confirmation.php?url=/Windows/327.2 3/327.23-notebook-win8-win7-64bit-international-whql.exe&lang=us&type=GeForce%20M". Restart the machine and check whether you get the playback.
