Sumit Singh Sep 25, 2013 12:34 PM (in response to oxjdrg9uwr9guw-ruyg)Hi oxjdrg9uwr9guw-ruyg
Please refer to the following help article on the issue where Creative Cloud lists application as "Up to Date" when not installed.
http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html
Hope this helps.
Please let me know if you still facing same issue.

2. Re: Acrobat XI install problem
oxjdrg9uwr9guw-ruyg Sep 25, 2013 12:56 PM (in response to Sumit Singh)Hello,
Solution 1: did not work.
Solution 2: there is no OPM.db file in my OOBE folder…there's just a PDApp folder. So that solution did not work.
Solution 3: did not work.
Solution 4: is there a better solution than removing all my Adobe software? I removed Acrobat and now I cannot install it (my original problem)…so I'm a little hesitant to remove all the rest.
Thanks!

3. Re: Acrobat XI install problem
Sumit Singh Sep 25, 2013 1:14 PM (in response to oxjdrg9uwr9guw-ruyg)Hi Brent,
Solution#2: OPM.db file located under user profile
- Mac OS:
\User\<user name>\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE folder.
To access the hidden user Library folder, see Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 Lion.
- Windows:
\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder.
To view the hidden AppData folder, see Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions | Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.
So you need to enable " Show hidden files and folder option".
Regards,
Sumit Singh

oxjdrg9uwr9guw-ruyg Sep 25, 2013 1:26 PM (in response to Sumit Singh)I do not fully understand solution 2, or your response about solution 2.
I did follow this path:
\User\.
I didn't understand the instructions…it didn't make much sense.
This problem I'm having seems like it should have a rather simple solution. If there's any other way, please let me know.
Thanks!

Romsinha Sep 25, 2013 3:48 PM (in response to oxjdrg9uwr9guw-ruyg)Which OS are you using. Please log out and log in to CC desktop and Acrobat should give the option to install. If still the issue persists kindly restart your machine and check for Acrobat install option.

oxjdrg9uwr9guw-ruyg Sep 26, 2013 7:20 AM (in response to Romsinha)I'm using OS X version 10.8.5
I don't know what you mean when you say "log in to CC desktop"…what is that? Do you mean the Creative Cloud list of applications to install?
