No, I am not receiving any error messages. When I am trying to open a page from abcmouse.com to create an avatar it is not showing me anything but a blank screen. I spoke with the customer service with abcmouse and they said it has to do something with my adobe flash player. So I went through the steps to make sure that my adobe player is up to date and running properly and now I have no idea what else to do. I am using windows vista and I use google chrome web browser.

Chrome has its own Flash Player embedded by Google. To check the version and to see if it's enabled, type "chrome://plugins" in the address bar.

If it IS enabled, you may have to update Chrome or reinstall it, as Adobe Update doesn't update the Chrome Flash Player.
