If your video is imported at runtime, you will need to include the .flv file along with the .swf file on the server. If your video is played using an FLVPlayer skin, then you will also need to include that FLVPlayer.swf file along with the .swf and the .flv.
I am not sure if it was imported at runtime, I checked none for skin, I have the flv and the swf on a flash drive in a folder on a thumb drive, and from that same location one computer will play the file and the other won't. Is it still missing something?

I'm guessing that you need to include a copy of the FLVPlayback component with your movie.
I redid it embeding the video instead of inporting it, which is what I should of done initially. Thank you for the advise, I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out what was wrong, and I don't have much left.
I had a second problem with the sound not being in sync but figured out I could fix that problem by changing the frame rate.
