Have installed the new flash player 11.8.800.168 yesterday and since I cannot open my Incredimail account anymore. When I try, I get 2 messages:
You have to install flash on your computer and: You have to complete the flash installation. But I did both!!
Add-ons: shockwave flash 11.8.800.168
Shockwave for Director 12.0.4.144
Program files: Adobe flash player 11.plugin and Adobe shockwave player 12.0
I have Windows 7- 64 bit, using Firefox.
Please please help me.

I do not know Incredimail; is that a browser-based mail system, or a standalone application? If standalone, does it use the Flash Player plugin, or the ActiveX Control?
Check in your Control Panel if you have both installed.

Good morning sir. Thanks for your reply. As far as I can see I have not installed ActiveX control. I surched for it on the internet but couldnot find it to download. I think Incredimail is a stand alone application. I installed the Flash player correctly, that's why I think Incredimail uses ActiveX control. Can you please send me the link where I can download it?
Kind regards,
