i have installed adobe digital editions on my laptop, i also have already downloaded my e-books. however recently i cannot get ADE opened, i keep trying, but it just would not open. the error message says that the program i'm trying to open has stopped working. how do I get working again??? HELP!!

There are lots of bugs in ADE2.0 (and 2.0.1). Try replacing ADE2.0 with the older but more reliable v1.7.2.
(You can have them both installed at once if you like.)
Version 1.7.2, it is a little difficult to find, available on Adobe site for Windows and for Mac.

Thanks a lot!! The replacement work to the older version works . I can now get my books open.
