Dialog box appears while installing.. having the error of loading DLL

when i am trying to install adobe flash player plug in... after selecting the update selection.. when i am going to click next the dialog box shown... written "script error" and in dialog box the error is 'error in loading DLL' plz help me out

Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by right clicking one (or both) of the following links and choosing "Save as".

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Save the file(s) to your downloads folder - DO NOT run anything yet.

Reboot your system.

BEFORE you open anything else, locate and run the installer(s).
