I am trying to create a sign request work form with titles across the top Material, Brand, Quantity and Size. I can create a drop down menu with the titles and have the selections below. But I would like to create a second line of drop down menus that includes the exact same information. When i do this and collect the information it doesnt group everything with the title name. Instead it creates multiple titles lines. Is there a way to link these items so that these selections on on multiple lines grouped by the title name instead of all on one line with the same title over and over?
I'm not sure I understand your question but I think what you might want to do is rename the columns in the Response Table so that the name of the columns are easier to identify with the repeating fields on your form (so the columns don't all have the same name).
Unfortuanely you can't "group" coloumns together in the response table (if this is what you are trying to achieve).
