I keep having to reinstall Flash Plugin

I keep having to reinstall the flash plugin on my computer.  It will work for a small time and the when i am watching a video or webcams on eaarthcam, I get a small circle with an exclamation point inside of it.  Then it will say I do not have flash plugin installed when I have installed it numerous times.  Somtimes I have to install it 2 or 3 times a day.  Are my settings wrong or am I installing it wrong?
