Hello,

Welcome to Adobe Forums.

Do you have a Macintosh or Windows ?

[ only fools call it a MAC, since that means the ethernet hardware address ]

Which browser are you using ?

Please elaborate when you say "it still doesn't work"

Does it installed successfully ?

Thanks,

Vikram

I am using Windows 7.  The program runs and says it is complete, but when I try to play a video it says an download is necessary.  I’ve ran the download a bunch of times with the same result.  It always has me close down all of my internet explorer pages which I have done.  Still doesn’t work.

Thanks

Task bar always pops up at the top of the page saying the system wants to run an add on for flash player.
