Click I STILL NEED HELP at this next link for Premiere Elements chat
John T. Smith's link is the correct one for trying to resolve your Premiere Elements 12 ordering issue.
But, whereas he left the direction of the Adobe Chat open, I would suggest that you select the category of Orders, Refunds, Exchanges before you hit "I still need help" to bring up the Adobe Chat pop up. So, this is the same link set up that way:
Thank you both. It is sort of sad that one has to jumps through loops to get some help though. However, the problem is resolved and I had a very quick answer from ADOBE which I do appreciate
Glad your problem is solved... when you have program questions, come back and someone should be able to help

Thank you John. You are wonderful people at Adobe.
Thanks for the good news that your issue is resolved.
We are all looking forward to the opportunity to help with your Premiere Elements workflows if needed.
I have been working with a tryout version of version 12 since the day of its release. So, questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
Wishing you success.
I am sure I will ask a lot of questions............it is very different
And also, just for clarification, no one here works for Adobe. We are just users, such as yourself, trying to help other users. Unless you see a post, where the Profile states "Staff," you are corresponding with other users.
Good luck, and glad that the billing issue was handled quickly. Sorry that it happened to begin with.
