flash player help! ive unistalled it and installed it like 3 times, and it still wont work

Ive never had this problem before. i decided to download the new flash player. It down loaded fine, but when i tried to open it and work it on the computer it didnt work. So then i read up what to do, and i downloaded again... nothing. And then i decided to UNDOWNLOAD everything all together with flash player, restart computer and try again downloading. Nothing still. i though i had it but its still not working.... WHAT HAPPENING!!! I also have a Mac 10.7.5

We don't know; "didnt work" does not describe anything.
