Try Checking in The creative Cloud Application if there are any updates available for you, if not then you Could try Reseting the Preferences
Also It would be helpful if you let us know some info such as :
- Did InDesign CC ever worked on your system??
- What is the OS you are working on?
- Do you have any other adobe applications?? If yes do they work fine??

Have you installed the latest update for ID CC? Do you have administrator rights in this account? Does it work if you create a new account and log in with that?
