    Latest Photoshop CC update fails

      I had an alert to update Photoshop but after three attempts it reaches 56% then fails. It is accompanied by a message to contact customer care and gives the number: U44MIP34.  I have retried after a restart but with same result.  Then I tried again after running AVG registry cleaner equally without success. 

      Could it be a time difference between US and UK?

      Any help and advice appreciated.

          This error usually comes when there is a corrupt installation of Ps (or the user has deleted/moved needed files). In that case you need to install PS CC again after using Cleanup tool(http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html)

           

          Could you please provide me with the following log files to confirm the same:

           

          You can find them at:

          PS 14.1.2 Installer logs

          For Mac:

          Library\Logs\Adobe\Installer

          For Win:

          Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers

           

          AAM logs

          For Mac:

          /Volumes/%Volume Name%/Users/%Username%/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0

          For Win:

          C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater

           

          You can zip all the files together and send us through mail. This would help us in finding the root cause.
