After receiving the customer security alert and changing my password as requested—I was wondering if there is a way to remove credit card information on file altogether? I have a Creative Cloud monthly subscription, therefore my credit card information is on file for the automatic billing.
Is there a way for future payments, to have credit card information not store on file in my profile. Rather than automatic billing, can I be billed and pay each month, only entering credit card information for one month transaction at a time, without storing credit card information on file? Or can a monthly payment be made by sending a check in the mail? Or would it be possible to pay for the remainder of the current year contract by check?
