Not sure what you are having issues with. Simply use the "Forgot password" option, let a mail send to you and click the link in that mail, then assign a new password.
If you've changed your eMail address, give them a call on an actual phone - a wired one preferably so you can spend the majority of time on the problem, and not asking someone to repeat themselves because of garbled audio.
And I have to ask... If you don't know your password, how is it that you're posting here?
My CC subscription needed a log on update last night, and I was forced to change my account PW. I should think this is to do with the recent hacking incident.
Thanks SG, but I am sure I am having to varify my account more often than we were told would be the case with a year's subscription.
