    Secure Stamp in pdf document

We are a State agency and currently using AcrobatX1 with Windows 7/64bit. We use the stamp feature to approve pdf documents. Is there a way to secure the stamp once it is placed in the document so that it can not be edited or changed?

      Thank you.

You really do not want a stamp. You want a digital signature. If you sign the document, then the a stamp or anything that is changed will invalidate the signature. That is the easiest route to take. You could use DRM (Digital Rights Management) to prevent the document from being changed but that is more expensive.
