Can FormsCentral be used as an Electronic Ballot?

We are having a membership election and want to send out ballots on our website. Can we develop a form for this?

This is something not supported by Abobe FormsCentral. In FormsCentral there is no way to limit each person to one vote. This may be something that Acrobat Pro would be better suited to.
