H.264 Format in After Effects CC

    sia

I started making equalizers for my music in After Effects CC, and when I do CTRL + M, I go under Lossless and try to Format it as H.264, but it does not show. Is there anyway to help me with this or a link to a codec anywhere for this program? Please help me.

It's best to render a lossless file out of AE and then use the Adobe Media Encoder to make your h.264.

Alternatively, you could just load your AE comp in the Adobe Media Encoder.

Or, if you must, enable the option in the preferences to render as an h.264 out of AE, but they turned that option off by default for a reason.
