Acrobat Pro CC - Question involving user end embedding of files?

My name is James, I'm a web designer, I've put together a .pdf for my clients I send out when I start the development process.  I would like to in some way embed an option for the client to send back a digital copy of their logo within the document.  I don't know if this is possible and would appreciate any feedback.
