I have changed from provider and a new email adress. I now have to make a new user account as been asked when I tried to log in and lost my password.
I made a new account but now I am not able to acess my books anymore as the account is wrong.
How can I access my books again.
You won't be able to access books bought on once account on another.
It may be that the online chat people can get you access to your old ID, as long as you can give sufficient proof who you are.

Then kill your new account/ID, and associate that re-enlivened old account with your new email.
