Actually, that's called Search & Replace (Ctrl+F). In Indesign, you can even search text with certain attributes like colour or font, or words with a certain pattern (GREP).

I think the exact name inthe menu will be language dependent. In English it is Find/Change.
I meant the feature, like it is one in Word or other tools. Find & Replace (not Search, as I wrote above).
If Adobe calls it Find/Change, well... Same child, different name.
