Welcome to the Adobe forums. Please metion some information about the machine that you are using. Like, you have Mac or Windows machine , The RAM installed and the graphics card/s installed on the machine.
This Issue is mainly noticed if you do not have updated drivers of the graphics card/s. Please go to the nvidia website, if you have NVidia cards installed. The links are provided below.

I got a hp notebook with windows 7 on it i got 8gb ram and an nvidea geforce 630m
Please go the below link, download and install the latest driver for NVidia geforce 630m. Restsrt the machine and try to launch the program again.
