Why are you trying to uninstall the application that will provide you updates when Adobe releases them?
Are you looking to make your system leaner?
There are ways to disable a lot of the extra stuff Adobe sees fit to run in the background. I do that with a tool called Autoruns. Unfortunately, I have to RE-do it every time there's an update.
Now when I hear about updates I just run the Creative Cloud application manually, and get the updates. Then, of course, re-disable all the stuff that iteration enabled to run again.
