Is Adobe Flash Player compatible with the I-Phone 5?

Trying to watch online webinar which requires Adobe Flash Player to function.   I receive an error message that Adobe Flash Player is not supported by my device.

Is there a workaround?

Apple developed iOS in 2006 to be specifically incompatible with Flash under any circumstances. THAT will never change. There will never be a Flash Player for iPhones or iPads, and there will never be a workaround.
