HTTP Request Error

Hi Guys,
I think webservice handling is really tough task in flex.
After working for so many days in webservice integration with flex, I still get nuts with these errors.
I am getting the following error when I try to call a webservice. My web service is authenticated and I make sure that I provide the correct username and Password.

faultCode:Server.Error.Request faultString:'HTTP request error' faultDetail:'Error: [IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2032: Stream Error. URL: http://ebgnwepdev.acd.com:1111/ws_getListDetails31_ebg/Config1?style=rpc_enc" URL: http://ebgnwepdev.acd.com:1111/ws_getListDetails31_ebg/Config1?style=rpc_enc'

Here is the snippet of my code for calling the webservice.
I also tried puttin in Flex 2 Hotfix 3 , but for no luck.

<mx:WebService id="wsPOGetList" showBusyCursor="true" makeObjectsBindable="true"
wsdl=" http://ebgnwepdev.acd.com:1111/ws_getListDetails31_ebg/Config1?wsdl&style=rpc_enc">
<mx:operation name="getPoList" resultFormat="e4x"
result="wsPOGetListresult()" fault="handleFault(event)" >

Please help me solve this mystry..

Thanks in advance

I'm also getting this "Error #2032: Stream Error." while using the WebService tag to access a CFC. The wsdl comes up when I put the address in the browser, so I figure the address is correct. I use the following code to call my webservice:

id="treeRO" showBusyCursor="true"
<mx:operation name="getAllTreesXML" result="getTreesHandler(event)"
fault="errorHandler(event)" />

Although I use a relative URL for the wsdl attribute in the tag, the correct full URL is displayed in the error message.

Any ideas?
