      How do you get a certificate for Adobe Flash Professional to convert to IOS or Android?

          For Android you can create your own certificate through the AIR for Android settings:

          For iOS you have to become Apple Developer ($99/year). Once registered you will create an app id, certificate, and provisioning file.

           

          Also, you can set your target device using the publish settings in Publish Settings:
